Instrumental Music Boosters

The Instrumental Music Boosters (IMB) is a parent-led group that, in collaboration with our Music Director, supports and promotes all outside-the-classroom activities of students in the Acalanes Instrumental Music Program.

 

IMB is managed by a board, providing a variety of practical assistance and resources for Instrumental Music students and our Music Director, such as:

  • Donations & Fundraising

  • Volunteer Coordination

  • Festival & Event Fee Support

  • Travel Support

  • Publicity, Website and Social Media

  • Concert Programs and Receptions

  • Concert Wear Coordination

Please Join Us!

Our parent volunteers provide crucial support for our music program and are very much appreciated!  There are many opportunities throughout the year to help out.

The next IMB board meeting of the 2026-27 school year will be Wednesday Sept 16 and Wednesday Nov 4th at 7pm in the AHS Collaboration Center. The IMB Board meets several times during the school year, generally on the third Wednesday of the month from 7-8 pm, but day and time can vary.

 

Board meetings are open to all parents, guardians, and students in the Acalanes Instrumental Music program. Please contact instrumental-vp@ahsperformingarts.org to confirm meeting dates or request copies of meeting agendas or minutes.
