Instrumental Music Boosters

The Instrumental Music Boosters (IMB) is a parent led group that in collaboration with our Music Director supports and promotes the extracurricular activities of the Acalanes Instrumental Music Program.

 

IMB is managed by a board of directors, providing a variety of practical assistance and resources for Instrumental Music students and our Music Director, such as:

  • Communications - Publicity

  • Communications - Website & Social Media

  • Concert Program Design & Printing

  • Concert & Event Receptions

  • Concert Wear Coordination

  • Travel Coordination

  • Festival & Event Fee Support

  • Music & Commission Support

  • Student Lesson Scholarships & Awards

  • General Donations & Fundraising

Our parent volunteers provide crucial support for our music program and are very much appreciated!

The Instrumental Music Boosters board will meet the follow dates for the 2023-2024 school year, Wednesdays @ 6pm in the AHS Collaboration Center:

Meetings are open to all parents and students in the Acalanes Instrumental Music program. Please contact instrumental-vp@ahsperformingarts.org to confirm meeting dates or request copies of meeting minutes.
